Your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 72 hours. We ship ground UPS within the continental United States. For UPS delivery, you must use a street address, not a PO Box.
Outside the continental United States, we ship via USPS. These orders will take longer to arrive than orders to locations within the continental US.
Large orders may require shipping by a trucking company. We will call you before shipping. There is no charge for this service.
Payment
RIF Programs Using Federal Funds: Use of the Online Invoice Center is now required. RIF is no longer accepting handwritten invoice verification forms.

RIF Programs NOT Using Federal Funds:If you are not using federal funds to pay your invoice, you may pay either by check, credit card, money order or purchase order.

- If paying by credit card or purchase order, you may either use our online checkout or call us so that we may process your payment information.
Teacher and School Sales: Orders must be paid by approved purchase orders, credit card, check or money order prior to shipping. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If paying by P.O., please send or fax a copy of the P.O. with your order.
Returns
Sets, Single Titles and Dragon Deals in resalable condition may be returned within 60 days of invoice for full refund. A copy of the original invoice must be included.
